Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Management Engineer to support CMS HIGLAS program within HOM services. You will manage 12c OAM, OID, OIG and related components.

The role emphasizes IAM monitoring, user provisioning, and secure access controls, with opportunities to contribute to security focused coding and system documentation while collaborating with SMEs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Identity & Access Management.
• Proficient with OIG/OAM 12c components.
• Proficient in Java and OIG/OAM APIs.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, least privilege and related controls.
• Experience with SQL and BI Publisher reports.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Admin and maintain 12c Oracle Identity Management applications (OAM, OID, OIG).
• Support IAM monitoring of identities, access changes, and privilege escalations.
• Assist user provisioning, authentication, and access management.
• Troubleshoot OIG/OAM in Prod and Non-Prod environments.
• Develop SOPs and configuration guides; document system procedures.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure security controls operate as expected.
• Apply security-focused coding practices to avoid vulnerabilities.
