Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Oracle Identity Management Engineer to support CMS HIGLAS hosting, operations and maintenance. The role focuses on administering OAM, OID, and OIG, monitoring identities, and enabling secure access controls.

You will work with SMEs to ensure security controls operate as expected, develop SOPs, and contribute to risk-aware IAM solutions across Prod and Non-Prod environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management domain.
• Expertise deploying, maintaining, migrating OIG, OAM 12c components.
• Strong Java coding skills with OIG/OAM API usage.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, least privilege, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain 12c Oracle Identity Management stack (OAM, OID, OIG).
• Support IAM continuous monitoring and identity governance processes.
• Assist with user provisioning, authentication and access management.
• Troubleshoot OIG/OAM in Prod and Non-Prod environments.
• Develop system documentation and SOPs.
