Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, especially Learning.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data extraction.
• Ability to analyze and govern learning data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Learning.
• Upload and validate SCORM packages and manage content taxonomy.
• Design and deliver reports and documentation for data migration and governance.
• Perform data migration activities and ensure data quality.
• Perform learning data extraction from SAP SuccessFactors and support integrations.
