Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. in Knoxville, Tennessee, is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Administrator to lead hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll as Regal moves toward go-live.

You will collaborate with People & Culture, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business requirements into robust HCM solutions, perform testing, support cutover activities, and provide post-go-live support across multiple HCM modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional administrator, analyst, consultant, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience building and maintaining Oracle HCM functionality, including fast formulas, workflows, security, reporting, and data loads.
• Knowledge of multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning, or related areas.
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective system configurations.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post-go-live system support.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, system integrators, project teams, and Shared Services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on in the system and taking ownership of configuration and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll based on approved business requirements and solution designs.
• Support functional process mapping, fit-gap analysis, configuration workshops, and solution validation.
• Develop and maintain Oracle HCM configurations across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor, Help Desk, Talent, Learning, and related modules.
• Build and maintain formulas, workflows, approvals, security roles, reports, dashboards, and other HCM components.
• Support integrations, data loads, and other technical activities to prepare for go-live.
• Perform unit, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot configuration and system issues and implement solutions.
• Assist cutover activities, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization with reporting and analytics.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and efficiencies.
• Provide ongoing administration and updates after go-live, including testing and deployments.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM cloud releases and evaluate relevant updates.
