Job summary

Imagineeer is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional SME to lead core HR and time and labor activities for a large HR IT modernization for HHS. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping and IT to translate federal requirements into effective configurations and deployment plans.

This role requires 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience, deep federal HR knowledge, and the ability to guide configuration, testing and deployment across a large organization. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Time and Labor.
• Experience configuring Oracle Fusion HCM in enterprise or federal environments.
• Strong understanding of federal HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with functional specs for integrations and data conversions (HDL, HCM Extracts).
• Experience with SIT/UAT/regression testing and cross-module validation.
• Citizenship: U.S.; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Time and Labor modules.
• Conduct requirements workshops with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion configuration using best practices.
• Provide expertise on system capabilities, constraints and compliance considerations.
• Support configuration, prototyping, testing cycles, and data mappings.
• Create functional specs for enhancements and data conversions (HDL, HCM Extracts).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct integration logic and mapping.
• Develop and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and cross‑module test plans.
• Assist with security role mapping and functional access design.
