Job summary

Imagineeer is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA/Developer to join our team supporting the HHS HRIT contract. You will modernize HR and payroll data exchanges, build Oracle-based intake and processing workflows, and analyze a large enterprise HR data environment across the Department.

This hands-on role requires the ability to bring structure to complex data systems and collaborate with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA and/or Oracle Developer.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including stored procedures, complex queries, and performance tuning.
Experience building ETL processes for flat-file ingestion using SQL*Loader or external tables.
Experience developing file format specifications or interface control documents for external data exchanges.
Experience standardizing and consolidating data file processes.
Experience working with OPM file exchanges.

Responsibilities

Support consolidation of CIDB files and standardize admin and Paytran file processing.
Analyze EHCM data dump and data flows across OPDIVs to document usage.
Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, and ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation.
Perform Oracle DBA tasks including performance tuning, schema management, backup and security configuration.
Produce data dictionaries, data lineage, and SOPs.
