Job summary

Natera is seeking a senior Finance ERP leader to own Oracle Fusion Financials delivery across GL, AP, AR, and FP&A, coordinating across offshore partners and Finance leadership. You will drive end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and BI reporting while ensuring SOX compliance, audit readiness, and ambitious delivery in a global Finance environment.

This role requires strong executive communication and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, automated solutions using AI

Qualifications

• Experience owning/supporting Oracle Fusion Financials end-to-end.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system design and deliverables.
• Strong foundation in Record-to-Report, Close, Billing, Revenue, and FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Serve as sole owner for net-new Finance initiatives from design to go-live.
• Partner with Controllers and senior Finance leadership to translate requirements into design.
