Job summary

Natera is seeking a hands-on Finance Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud within IS&T to own the Fusion Financials end-to-end, from roadmap to configuration and adoption. You will partner with Finance leadership and manage offshore MSP for KTLO while driving net-new capabilities across the Finance domain.

You will oversee consolidation, intercompany, ARCS, project accounting, lease accounting, and intelligent automation across close processes.

Qualifications

12+ years hands-on experience owning/supporting Finance ERP platforms within IS&T/IT with Oracle ERP implementation expertise.
Deep knowledge of core finance and accounting processes including R2R, Close, Billing, Revenue, Cost Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A.
CPA, CMA, or direct GL/AP/AR/close/audit experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Financials across GL, AP, AR, FA, and more.
Serve as the sole accountable owner for Oracle Fusion Finance initiatives end-to-end, from design through go-live.
Lead offshore MSP governance for KTLO and ensure delivery meets SLAs while transforming the function.
Perform hands-on functional configuration and system changes within Oracle Fusion Financials, including setups and controls.
Drive audit readiness, SOX documentation, and period-close support across Finance modules.
