Merative is seeking a Manager, Finance Operations to lead back-office finance programs, systems, and controls. You will own Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Subscriptions, Projects, AR, RMCS, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Sales Operations, and Technology to drive month-end close and revenue-related activities.

You will champion improvements, automation, and documentation while guiding a team, delivering dashboards, and ensuring compliant, accurate financial reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations.
• Hands-on functional and technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Subscriptions, Projects, AR, RMCS).
• Experience leading month-end close and revenue recognition processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage back-office finance processes including subscriptions, AR, revenue recognition, billing, and reporting.
• Oversee month-end close for Oracle ERP Projects, AR, and RMCS with strong control compliance.
• Lead Oracle ERP enhancements, configurations, integrations, testing, and production support.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and improve controls.
• Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
