Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, is seeking a finance systems leader to own Oracle Fusion Financials across the finance domain. You will serve as the primary contact for the Controller and Senior Finance Leadership, shaping the financial close and reporting processes.

You will manage the roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning for Fusion Financials modules, delivering consolidations, ARCS, project/lease accounting, and SOX-compliant configurations.

• Own product roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Deliver consolidations, ARCS, project/lease accounting, and SOX-compliant configurations.
• Govern offshore MSP and drive automation across close, billing, reconciliations, and treasury.

• Hands-on functional owner for Oracle Fusion Financials across the Finance domain.
• Serve as the key point of contact for the Controller and Senior Finance Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
