Job summary

3Core Systems, Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-workstream Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, replacing Oracle E-Business Suite. Remote role with a Houston-based team, immediate start and a 12-month duration.

The PM will partner with IT, business stakeholders, and Huron Consulting Group to keep over 10 workstreams on schedule through testing, cutover, and hypercare, driving documentation, risk mitigation, and governance with minimal ramp-up support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise/ERP implementations.
• Strong SDLC and full program delivery experience.
• Advanced proficiency building and managing project plans in Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Experience coordinating testing cycles (SIT/UAT/regression) and defect resolution.
• Experience working with external systems integrators and validating deliverables.
• Ability to read functional/technical design documents without coding.
• Independent, proactive, fast-paced in evolving environments.
• Strong risk/issue management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across multiple program workstreams with alignment between business, IT, and vendor partners.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans in Smartsheet or MS Project; monitor milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate testing cycles, track defects/resolutions, and prep readiness for transitions.
• Review deliverables from Huron for completeness and quality.
• Define activities, owners, timelines for emerging workstreams (change mgmt, reporting, security).
• Capture to-be business processes and develop supporting documentation where gaps exist.
• Review design docs/MD50s/configuration workbooks to identify gaps/risks.
• Identify risks, lead mitigation planning and escalate material risks.
