Job summary

Insight Global is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation spanning Finance, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.

The program includes 12 to 14 workstreams with a focus on integrating legacy systems into Oracle Fusion. Senior PMs coordinate across business teams, technical resources, vendors, and SIs to manage scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables.

Qualifications

Job description

Location: Portland, OR / Pacific Northwest

Work Setup: Primarily remote with approximately 25% travel to Portland OR

Project Duration: 18 to 21 months long term contract

Pay Rate: $65-70/hr

Start Timeline: November/December onboarding with Phase 0 planning beginning in January

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support a large-scale, enterprise ERP transformation. This is a major $100M Oracle Fusion implementation spanning Finance, Human Capital Management, Payroll, Benefits, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.

The program includes approximately 12 to 14 system and integration workstreams, with a significant focus on integrating legacy and operational platforms into Oracle Fusion. Senior Project Managers may be responsible for multiple workstreams and will coordinate across internal business teams, technical resources, vendors, and System Integrators.

Key integration platforms include Maximo and PowerPlan, along with additional legacy and ancillary enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams within a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation.
• Manage ERP implementation activities across Finance, Operations, HR/HCM, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related business functions.
• Lead integrations between Oracle Fusion and existing enterprise, operational, and legacy systems.
• Manage multiple technical and business integration tracks simultaneously.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and System Integrators throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage external vendors and System Integrators supporting ERP implementation and integration activities.
• Drive coordination between ERP teams and operational systems such as Maximo and PowerPlan.
• Support planning activities through implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Maintain strong communication across business and technical stakeholders within a complex enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience managing ERP implementations, transformations, or integrations.
• Experience leading ERP workstreams within at least one of the following areas:
• Finance / Financial Systems
• Operations
• Human Resources / HCM
• Supply Chain
• Procurement
• Experience integrating operational or legacy systems into a core ERP platform.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience working directly with and managing System Integrators (SIs) on large-scale technology programs.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-system enterprise transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing or integrating Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience with IBM Maximo integrations, particularly operational or work-order-related systems.
• Experience with PowerPlan, including asset accounting, taxation, or related financial processes.
• Experience integrating financial and operational platforms into an enterprise ERP.
• Experience supporting complex programs involving numerous interconnected systems and integration points.
• Background supporting construction, asset-intensive, or new-build system environments.
