Job summary

Advantra Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Financials and ERP migration initiatives in a remote, contract setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple migrations, and drive risk mitigation and cutover planning.

The role requires 6+ years of TPM/Delivery Management experience, strong engagement with engineering, finance, and SI partners, and a proven track record delivering complex ERP programs across multi-entity

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Technical Program Management / Delivery Management experience.
• Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• Hands-on delivery experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Experience delivering ERP projects/migrations, including M&A scenarios.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent ERP migrations and dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage SOW deliverables and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3+ concurrent Oracle/ERP migrations.
• Own integrated project plans, timelines and critical paths.
• Coordinate shared engineering, environment and testing resources.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder commitments around UAT and validation.
• Manage Systems Integrator and contractor deliverables.
• Track SOW deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and sequencing.
• Coordinate migration cutover and handoff.
• Track risks, milestones and recovery plans.
