Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion & EBS Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP transformations, including Fusion Cloud and EBS R12, with a remote, full-time role. You will manage governance, budgets, cross-functional teams, data migration, cutover, and hypercare, coordinating onshore and offshore resources across global client programs.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years IT/ERP delivery experience, including at least 6+ years managing Oracle ERP projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS R12 implementations.
• Proven delivery of at least four full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on project management experience with Oracle EBS R12 environments.
• Experience leading or managing EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration/transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials, SCM, and Procurement business processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in: project financial management, resource planning, scope/change management, contract/SOW management, risk/issue management, executive reporting & governance, leadership.
• Experience with distributed/global delivery teams and onshore/offshore models.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP delivery; deliver Fusion Cloud and EBS programs, including migrations.
• Own delivery across the full project lifecycle from initiation to hypercare.
• Establish and maintain project governance, milestones, dependencies, and quality standards.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate large cross-functional teams and manage onshore/offshore resources.
• Manage scope, dependencies, change control, and contractual commitments.
• Lead cutover, go-live planning, and transition to production support.
