Job summary

DEW Softech Inc in Newark, NJ is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant on a contract basis. The role blends business process knowledge with hands-on technical work across Finance, SCM, and PPM modules, including data, reporting, and integrations.

You will lead full-cycle implementations, design configurations, perform data migration with FBDI/ADFDI, build dashboards with OTBI/BI tools, and collaborate on REST/SOAP integrations using OIC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, PPM).
• Proven leadership in at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations, including global rollouts.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation.
• Experience with data migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation strategy and post-load validation.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP table structures, APIs, FBDI/ADFDI templates, and custom reporting datasets.
• Deep understanding of data integrity, referential constraints, and business rule enforcement in Oracle ERP.
• Proficiency in OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and ODI or similar ETL tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot across both technical and functional layers.
• Strong testing skills (SIT, UAT, regression, post-patch validations).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex project financial processes and convert them into scalable, system-driven solutions using Oracle Cloud modules.
• Design and configure Oracle modules as required for ERP Project.
• Execute data migration and reconciliation efforts using FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View, and Oracle SQL; ensure integrity between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems.
• Develop, run, and troubleshoot data validation scripts and exception reports; resolve data quality issues across modules.
• Build and support dashboards, KPIs, and reports using OTBI, BIP, FRS, and Smart View.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and support integrations (inbound/outbound) using REST APIs, SOAP, or OIC.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates—impact analysis, regression testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide subject matter expertise and end-user training for functional and data-related capabilities of Oracle ERP.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline project reporting, budgeting, and cost control.

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to join the team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Modules (Finance, SCM, PPM) and a proven track record of leading complex, full-cycle implementations in both technical and functional capacities.
• This role demands a unique blend of business process knowledge, hands-on technical expertise (data, reporting, integrations), andthe ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders in delivering scalable,cloud-first ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Exposure to other Oracle Fusion modules such as AP, AR, GL, Procurement.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware for real-time integrations.
• Familiarity with Jira and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Prior experience in public sector or transit industry is a plus.
