Job summary

Centraprise seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM program delivery lead to drive end-to-end implementations remotely from the United States. You will own scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities include requirements, design, configuration oversight, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, hypercare, and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM implementations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, and partners.
• Knowledge of PLM modules and lifecycle processes.
• Experience in program governance and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM program delivery with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive PLM for Process implementation activities across requirements, design, configuration oversight, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Manage program governance including steering committee updates, RAID logs, decision registers, and executive communications.
• Collaborate with process owners to translate PLM needs into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Ensure testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and go-live readiness; manage issue resolution and change management
