Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion delivery leadership across go-live phases.
• Deep knowledge of Source to Pay processes and interdependencies.
• Experience aligning multiple government agencies and sponsors.
• Strong program controls: schedules, budgets, staffing, risk.
• Clear executive communication, options, and escalation.
• Experience with integrations, data conversion, testing and change readiness.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the PM transition and validate commitments.
• Maintain an integrated delivery plan across functional and client teams.
• Run governance and executive reporting; track decisions and deadlines.
• Control scope and contractual commitments; manage changes.
• Drive procurement process decisions and reporting for government requirements.
• Coordinate data readiness, end-to-end testing, user acceptance, and cutover.
