Job summary

Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking a senior PM/Delivery Lead for a remote role with periodic travel to Washington, D.C. The position runs for 13+ months and requires leading complex Fusion Procurement implementations from go-live through sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contracting.

You will manage government stakeholder relationships, ensure aligned delivery plans, and oversee governance with executive sponsors and technology teams. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of Oracle Fusion procurement implementations through go-live.
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay processes and related finance flows.
• Experience aligning multiple government agencies and sponsors with different priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the PM transition and establish a credible plan with accountability.
• Maintain an integrated delivery plan across functional, technical, client, and partner teams.
• Run governance and executive reporting; document decisions and drive closure of issues.
• Control scope and contractual commitments; manage changes to cost or schedule.
• Drive decisions on procurement processes, templates, and reporting for government requirements.
• Coordinate data readiness, testing, training, cutover, and stabilization with workstream leads.

Job Description:

Required Skills and Experience

• Oracle Fusion delivery: Demonstrated leadership of complex Fusion Procurement implementations through go-live, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement contracts.
• Source to Pay knowledge: Understand procurement processes and their dependencies on purchasing, receiving, invoicing, supplier management, and finance.
• Government stakeholder leadership: Experience aligning multiple agencies, executive sponsors, procurement officials, and technology teams with different priorities and approval authorities.
• Program control: Strong command of integrated schedules, critical paths, budgets, staffing, contractual deliverables, change control, and risk management.
• Executive communication and judgment: Communicate status candidly, resolve conflict diplomatically, challenge unrealistic commitments, and escalating issues with clear options and recommendations.
• Implementation fluency: Sufficient understanding of integrations, legacy data conversion, reporting, security, testing, and organizational change to challenge estimates and identify delivery gaps.
• PMP or equivalent preferred.

• Drive business decisions on procurement processes, templates, and reporting, balancing standard Fusion capabilities with validated government requirements.
• Coordinate data and integration readiness, end-to-end testing, user acceptance, training, cutover, and stabilization with accountable workstream leads.
