Navitus Health Solutions, LLC in the United States is seeking an Oracle Functional Solutions Architect to lead the functional architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB, partnering with Finance and IT teams to optimize billing, receivables, and reporting across the ERP stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• Oracle certification in Fusion Cloud ERP, ORMB, or related Oracle capability preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant enterprise application experience with functional design, implementation, or solution architecture.
• 10+ years of Oracle Financials, Fusion Cloud ERP, ORMB, or related enterprise financial application experience preferred.
• Experience leading full implementation, major transformation, or comparable lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, billing, receivables, revenue-management, reconciliation, and financial-control processes.
• Experience with ITIL service-management concepts and application lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the functional solution architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB.
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessment, future-state design, solution option evaluation, and functional design decisions.
• Translate business requirements into process flows, solution blueprints, functional specifications, configuration decisions, integration requirements, reporting requirements, controls, and test scenarios.
• Prioritize delivered Oracle capabilities and justify extensions or customization by business value, risk, and supportability.
• Assess cross-platform impacts and maintain alignment across billing, receivables, payables, cash management, GL, financial reporting, master data, security, and related processes.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, decision records, design documentation, and reusable solution patterns.
• Provide functional architecture leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP capabilities, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and other modules.
• Partner with Finance to align configuration with accounting, reconciliation, close, reporting, audit, and internal-control requirements.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and propose solutions improving financial processes, data quality, controls, usability, and sustainability.
• Assess Oracle update impacts and guide configuration review, readiness, testing, and adoption.
• Provide architecture leadership across ORMB structures, pricing, billing, receivables, payments, collections, interfaces, and revenue-management functions.
• Lead ORMB fit-gap analysis and recommend configurable, supportable approaches.
• Apply knowledge of ORMB architecture and Oracle Utilities Application Framework to evaluate options, dependencies, and upgrade impacts.
• Coordinate with teams on functional behavior of ORMB integrations, conversions, reports, invoice outputs, and batch processing.
• Provide oversight for integrations connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB with Oracle Integration Cloud and other systems.
• Define and validate functional requirements for interfaces, APIs, files, batch processes, sequencing, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and recovery.
• Ensure reporting requirements are included in end-to-end designs.
