Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a seasoned Oracle Functional Solutions Architect to own the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB architecture. You will lead discovery, design, and decisions, translating complex financial and billing requirements into scalable, governed solutions.

Collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT to minimize customizations and maximize Oracle capabilities. You will drive alignment across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Revenue Management while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB expertise required.
• 10+ years of enterprise application experience in functional design or architecture.
• Experience leading full implementations and complex billing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance, billing, receivables, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB functional architecture and roadmap.
• Lead discovery, fit-gap, future-state design, and functional decisions.
• Translate requirements into process flows, blueprints, specs, and integration needs.
• Prioritize capabilities based on value, risk, and supportability.
• Coordinate with Finance on accounting, close, audit, and controls.
• Evaluate enhancements and govern upgrade impacts.
• Provide architecture leadership for ORMB structures and revenue management.
• Oversee integrations with Oracle Cloud and external systems.
• Define interfaces, APIs, files, batch processes, and monitoring.
• Ensure end-to-end financial and revenue reporting needs are met.
