Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Architect, Oracle Functional Solutions to own the functional architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB. You will lead discovery, translate complex finance requirements into blueprints, and govern integration, reporting, and controls across the ERP landscape.

You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT to optimize configurations, manage upgrades, and ensure scalable, sustainable solutions in a healthcare billing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, IS, CS, or business administration.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or ORMB certification preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise application experience with functional design or architecture responsibilities.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Financials, Fusion ERP, ORMB, and related financial apps.
• Demonstrated experience leading full implementations and transformations.
• Strong knowledge of finance, billing, receivables, revenue management, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the functional solution architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB.
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, fit-gap, future-state design, and functional design decisions.
• Translate requirements into process flows, blueprints, specs, configurations, and interfaces.
• Prioritize capabilities and justify extensions based on value, risk, and supportability.
• Assess cross‑platform impacts across billing, receivables, payables, GL, and reporting.
• Develop architecture standards, decision records, and reusable patterns.
• Provide leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB capabilities.
• Coordinate with Finance to align config with accounting and controls.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and impacts of Oracle updates and releases.
• Lead ORMB fit-gap analyses and recommended configurable approaches.
• Collaborate on interfaces, APIs, files, batch processes, and error handling.
• Ensure end-to-end coverage for reporting and reconciliation needs.
• Adhere to ITIL and governance in the application lifecycle.
