Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is expanding its Oracle Functional Solutions architecture team. The Architect will lead functional design and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB, collaborating with Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT teams to optimize billing, revenue management, and financial reporting.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP expertise, 10+ years in enterprise apps, and a track record of delivering end-to-end transformations in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application experience with functional design or solution architecture.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ORMB, and Oracle Financials preferred.
• Experience leading full implementation or major transformation projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL service-management and application lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the functional solution architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB.
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessment, future-state process design, and functional design decisions.
• Translate requirements into process flows, functional specs, configuration decisions, integrations, and reports.
• Prioritize capabilities and justify extensions or customization by value, risk and supportability.
• Coordinate with Finance for alignment of design with accounting, close, reporting, and controls.
• Provide architecture leadership for G/L, AP, AR, Cash Management, FA, and related modules.
• Evaluate updates, impacts, and adoption plans for Oracle releases and ORMB integrations.
• Ensure end-to-end design includes invoicing outputs, batch processing, and error handling.
