Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Analyst to support the SNS mission for HHS/ASP R. The role is remote with US residency, and local candidates in the Atlanta area are preferred.

The analyst will translate operational requirements into Oracle EBS configurations, perform testing, on-call incident response, and collaborate with business users, developers, DBAs, and system integrators to sustain mission-critical ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite functional experience.
Experience in one or more Oracle EBS areas such as Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse, Financials, or Asset Management.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements and creating test scenarios.
Ability to operate in an Agile environment and support 24/7 on-call duties.

Responsibilities

Provide functional support, configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and enhancements.
Document functional requirements, flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support testing, validation, and incident resolution across functional teams.
Participate in on-call incident response and provide Tier 2/3 support.
