TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to drive financial systems solutions across our global ERP platform.

This remote role (EST hours 8AM-5PM) focuses on Oracle EBS Finance modules, data integration, and reporting—ideal for a self-motivated team player with strong communication skills. You will partner with business, IT, and finance teams for GAP analysis, requirements, and successful delivery of projects, while adhering to SDLC and change management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules including AP, GL, and AR.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate needs into specifications.
• Experience with SDLC and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, development, and admin teams for GAP analysis and delivery of Finance projects.
• Follow and refine processes to maintain stability across SDLC and change management.
• Collaborate with global IT Finance and IT Supply Chain for process and delivery.
• Configure systems, perform data extract/load, and develop reports.
• Educate local finance users on IT Finance applications.
