Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer - Oracle to design, implement, and operate security controls across OCI, Oracle Cloud Applications, and hybrid Oracle environments. The role emphasizes secure architecture and proactive defense.

You'll lead vulnerability management, ensure regulatory alignment (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001), and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud security experience on OCI.
• Deep experience with OCI Identity, IAM policies, and identity federation.
• Hands-on with OCI Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Vault, and Data Safe.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and Terraform.
• Experience with vulnerability management and patching tooling.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise security architectures for OCI tenancies with guardrails, security zones, and compartment policies.
• Configure OCI Identity Domains and federation with IdPs; implement RBAC across the tenancy.
• Manage OCI Vault for keys; implement rotation and HSM integrations.
• Harden OCI compute, networking, and database workloads per CIS benchmarks.
• Operate OCI Cloud Guard for detection and response; tune detectors.
