Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and contract compliance across multiple systems, with a base salary range reflecting experience in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Experience using Procore and Oracle Cloud Fusion (Financials with billing) preferred.
• Experience in a commercial contracting environment preferred.
• Understanding cost and schedule development and controls preferred.
• Solid analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI and ERP/PM platforms.
• Experience using Procore, EcoSys and JD Edwards preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare standard financial deliverables.
• Demonstrates competency in the financial management systems.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, revenue, costs, and forecasts across systems.
• Maintain budgets setup, reconciliation, and maintenance.
• Communicate impacts of contracts on financials including terms and taxes.
• Oversee project/group accounting processes (AP & AR).
• Provide project or group administration and compliance support.
• Oversee financial reporting requirements as needed.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and health status.
• Assist in financial forecasting and training teams in related processes.
• Document financial changes to drive consistency and compliance.
