Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of our partner, seeks an Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead based in the United States. You will lead the functional delivery of Oracle Cloud PPM across a complex enterprise ERP implementation.

You’ll work with finance, project controls, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable PPM solutions across the full lifecycle—from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least one full Oracle Cloud PPM implementation from design to go-live.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud PPM.
• Strong knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Projects Contracts, and Project Control.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration tools (FSM) and data import/export.
• Experience integrating PPM with Financials, Procurement, and HCM.
• Strong client-facingskills and ability to lead workshops and deliver clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud PPM across the complete implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with finance, project controls, and operations.
• Configure Oracle Cloud PPM capabilities (Project Foundation, Costing, Billing, Contracts, Control).
• Design solutions for engineering/construction scenarios (capital projects, revenue recognition).
• Produce design documents, test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
• Define integration and data-conversion needs; collaborate on interfaces and REST APIs.
• Ensure integration between PPM and other Oracle Cloud modules.
• Plan and execute system integration testing and UAT; resolve defects.
