Job summary

The candidate will lead the technical track, drive readiness across client and offshore teams, and own integration strategy and data validation for Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS deployments. Key responsibilities include overseeing testing cycles, security PoCs, and the production cutover, with minimum 2 full Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations as Technical Lead.

Qualifications

• HCM technical architecture and data migration experience is required.
• Proven ability to lead Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations as Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, security, testing and deployment cycles.
