This position requires 5+ years of project management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work directly with diverse teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations.
• Proven track record leading multi-module Oracle Cloud HR/Payroll programs from planning to post-production.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, business processes, data flows, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risk, communication, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
