Job summary

I Link Communications Inc is seeking an Oracle Apex & Forms Developer for a remote role with shift-based collaboration. The position supports migration from Oracle Forms to APEX, UI design, and PL/SQL development. The duration spans 11/09/2026 to 06/30/2027, with a 37.5-hour work week.

Candidates should have 5-7 years in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle APEX, strong SQL skills, and experience with performance tuning and data modeling. Knowledge of web services and regulatory environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5-7 years of Oracle PL/SQL development (stored procedures, functions, packages, advanced queries).
• 5-7 years of Oracle APEX development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (19c preferred).
• Experience with SQL Developer and/or TOAD.
• Understanding of data modeling principles.
• Experience integrating web services.
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and testing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures (Oracle and SQL Server).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architecture, data structures, and integrations of Oracle Forms applications.
• Support migration of Oracle Forms to Oracle APEX.
• Design and develop modern APEX UIs with technical lead.
• Develop PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and advanced queries.
• Perform data pulls and analysis for reporting and system enhancements.
• Provide documentation and participate in all SDLC phases.
• Mentor Commonwealth IT staff and other developers.
