This position begins with paid, remote or on-site training at our Knoxville, TN location, which you can choose to work 100% remotely or from our office.

In this role, you’ll assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries, delivering compassionate and professional service that truly makes a difference.

Position Highlights

• $750 Sign-On Bonus + Quarterly Performance Incentives
• 4-week paid remote or on-site training at our Knoxville, TN office
• Training hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Work from home or work on-site - your choice!
