Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent with total 7+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, NX) for opto-mechanical designs.
• Ability to lead design concepts for optic handling equipment and ICDs.

Responsibilities

• Design and model mechanical components interfacing with optical elements.
• Develop detailed drawings for optical elements and hardware assemblies.
• Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings for mechanical and optical assemblies.
• Lead design concepts for optic handling equipment and test support equipment.
• Prepare technical presentations and support subsystem integration tests.
