Job summary

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required (T/SCI).
• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience, or equivalent with total 7+ years.
• Opto-mechanical design mounts and modeling experience.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, NX).
• Lead design concepts for optic handling equipment and test support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and model opto-mechanical mounts interfacing with optical elements.
• Develop detailed drawings and ICDs for optical and mechanical assemblies.
• Lead development of design concepts for optic handling equipment.
• Conduct trade studies and risk assessments for design choices.
• Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing, and quality teams on integration and testing.
