Qualifications

• Must have a law degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be planning to take the July 2027 California Bar Exam.
• Must have passed the MPRE and obtained Moral Character approval by the time the position begins in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with lien claimants
• Navigate a case management system
• Write reports for clients
• Summarize recent case law and updates
• Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys
