Job summary

SAN JOAQUIN COLLEGE OF LAW is looking for motivated Law Clerks to join our team of experienced attorneys. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the legal field through comprehensive training and one-on-one mentoring.

Key responsibilities include negotiating with lien claimants, writing client reports, and summarizing case law updates. Candidates should possess a Juris Doctorate or LLM and exhibit excellent writing and organizational skills.

Remote work is optional within California, with additional office locations in Agoura Hills, Oxnard, Encino, Inland Empire, Orange County, Sacramento, and San Diego.

Qualifications

• Pending California Bar application or results in 2026.
• Ability to interact effectively with the public, clients, and employees.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to interact effectively with the public, clients, and employees; maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact; work independently in the absence of specific instruction
