Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Optimizely Advisor to deep dive our CMS needs, guide editors on best practices, and drive the CMS roadmap automation across global markets.

In this remote role, you will act as the CMS SME for a new global website platform, define governance standards, support localization, and collaborate with platform owners to streamline rollout processes and maintain scalable content models.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of content architecture, governance, localization, and CMS best practices.
• Experience with master-site/market-rollout approaches across multiple countries and languages.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and challenge non-standard solutions when required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Optimizely CMS SME for the rollout of a global website platform.
• Ensure CMS best practices in site structures, content architecture, and assets.
• Support global master site setup and scalable rollout across markets and languages.
• Define governance standards to ensure consistency across market implementations.
• Guide project teams on applying the global content model with localization.
• Collaborate with platform owners to refine guidelines and best practices.
