  • Monitor error and downtime reports, troubleshoot issues, and elevate complex problems to the Web Agency or Platforms Manager as appropriate, with clear briefs.
  • Provide responsive timezone coverage for USA requirements when EMEAA team is offline.
  • Support the Global Digital Director, Platforms Manager, and wider Digital team with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
  • Keep current with developments in CMS technology and SEO practices, particularly AI and algorithm updates.
  • Always operate in accordance with Element’s Purpose and values and Element’s policies, procedures and standards at all times.

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in website management, CMS administration, or digital marketing support for an agency or larger organization.
  • Hands‑on experience with Optimizely (Episerver) CMS highly desirable; experience with other enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Craft) will be considered.
  • Experience with headless CMS systems and understanding of modern content architecture approaches.
  • Working knowledge of technical / content SEO best practices and current digital marketing trends.
