Job summary

PharmaForceIQ Inc. is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for pharmaceutical and biotech clients in a fully remote role.

The position requires 5+ years in strategic marketing, strong project management, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. You will report to the Director of Optichannel Engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing strategy and execution experience.
• Experience with life sciences or health-tech marketing preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Understand client requirements and tailor brand marketing solutions.
• Provide strategic thinking and actionable recommendations for optichannel campaigns.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop strategic optichannel media plans and manage execution.
