PharmaForceIQ Inc. is seeking an Engagement Associate for a fully remote, full-time exempt role. You will own day-to-day optichannel program execution and coordinate across internal teams and external clients.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in marketing or agency PM, strong Excel/PowerPoint and Google Suite skills, and a proactive, metrics-driven mindset. This role offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in marketing or agency PM
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and Google Suite
• PM experience with timelines, risk management, stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day project lead for assigned accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships by driving agendas for client-facing meetings and capturing action items.
• Serve as liaison between PharmaForceIQ and vendors, overseeing asset tagging and delivery.
• Lead PM for multi-channel initiatives across HCP, patient, and clinical recruitment campaigns.
• Own monthly and quarterly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.
• Oversee weekly dashboard reviews for data integrity and timely updates.
• Contribute to strategic planning by partnering with paid media, search, creative, and data teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Support new business input for scopes, timelines, and resourcing.
