Corporate Stays is seeking an experienced Operations & Systems Assistant to optimize Breezeway configurations and manage the internal HubSpot Knowledge Base. The role focuses on building structured workflows, organizing information, and improving processes across remote teams.

The ideal candidate has Breezeway experience, knowledge-management platform familiarity, and strong SOP development skills. This is a part-time, remote freelance position with flexible hours and collaboration across time

Qualifications

• Proven Breezeway hands-on experience in property management.
• Experience with HubSpot or another knowledge-management platform.
• Understanding of housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and property operations.
• Experience creating operational checklists, workflows, and SOPs.
• Excellent written English and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and task management tools.

Responsabilités

• Configure, organize, and optimize Breezeway for operations and properties.
• Develop templates for housekeeping, inspection, and maintenance tasks; standardize workflows.
• Manage HubSpot Knowledge Base; organize articles into logical categories.
• Create, convert, and maintain SOPs and standard procedures.
• Track tasks, deadlines and provide weekly progress updates.
• Support additional software configuration and administrative projects as needed.
