Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
1+ year of project coordination or project management in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics or operations.
Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, action trackers, risk/issue logs, status reports.

Responsibilities

Lead small to medium operational projects or defined workstreams from initiation through closeout.
Develop charters, scope, schedules, budgets, and success criteria.
Maintain logs for action, risk, issues, decisions, dependencies, changes.
Establish governance, cadence, and concise status reporting for sponsors.
Monitor schedule, cost, scope, benefits, and resource performance; propose recovery actions.
Capture lessons learned and transition deliverables to process owners.
