Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field; relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum 1 year in project coordination or management within manufacturing, procurement, or logistics.
Experience building and maintaining project plans, risk logs, and executive summaries.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Lead small to medium operational projects from initiation through closeout.
Develop charters, scopes, WBS, schedules, budgets, and success criteria.
Maintain logs for actions, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and changes.
Provide governance, cadence, and status reporting for sponsors and stakeholders.
Monitor schedule, cost, scope, benefits, and resource performance; propose recovery actions.
Capture lessons learned and transition deliverables to process owners.
