Copeland LP, a global climate technologies company, seeks an Operations Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects across Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operational Excellence.

This role translates business priorities into structured project plans, coordinates execution, and ensures measurable improvements in safety, quality, customer delivery, cost, inventory and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in project coordination or project management within manufacturing, procurement, supply

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium operational projects, or defined workstreams, from initiation through closeout
• Develop project charters, scope statements, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and measurable success criteria
• Maintain action, risk, issue, decision, dependency, and change-control logs with clear owners and due dates
• Establish governance, meeting cadence, stage-gate reviews, and concise status reporting for sponsors and stakeholders
• Monitor schedule, cost, scope, benefits, and resource performance; propose data-driven recovery actions
