Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking an Operations Manager of In-Home ABA Services to lead day-to-day operations across our in-home programs. This remote role requires travel to in-home regions around Boston, MA, and offers up to $55,000 per year plus bonus incentives.

The successful candidate will coordinate staffing for Behavior Therapists and BCBAs, manage onboarding, reporting, and service delivery, and partner with clinical leadership to optimize regional growth and client access.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Behavior Therapist/RBT required.
• Understanding of in-home ABA service delivery.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience coordinating therapists, staff schedules, or ABA service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational needs for the in-home service region.
• Create and optimize staff and client schedules.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding for Behavior Therapists.
• Provide support to Behavior Therapists, families; resolve barriers to service delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and KPIs for regional leadership.
