Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or call centers is helpful but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multitasking.
• Strong telephone etiquette and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volume efficiently with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments based on physician preferences and patient needs.
• Verify insurance and demographic information.
• Route non-scheduling calls to appropriate departments.
• Complete internet appointment requests, portal inbox and Phreesia cancellations/reschedules promptly.
