Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volume efficiently with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments based on physician preferences and patient needs.
• Verify insurance and demographic information.
• Route non-scheduling calls to appropriate departments.
• Complete internet appointment requests, portal inbox and Phreesia cancellations/reschedules promptly.

Support Center Call Rep

Regular Full-Time Administration, Albuquerque, NM, US

Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Join EANM as a full-time, SupportCenter Rep, you’ll be the welcoming voice of Eye Associates, helping patients schedule appointments, verify insurance, and connect them to the care they need – all while delivering excellent customer service. **Must be a New Mexico Resident or moving to New Mexico.

Starting pay range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience or certifications (CPSS or COA)
