Job summary

The Coding Network (TCN) is seeking an Ophthalmology E&M coder to contract for multiple clients nationwide. You will access operation reports via a remote connection to the clients' EMR and return coded cases.

Hours range from 15 to 40 per week, with no surgical Ophthalmology coding needed at this time. Applicants must have at least 3 years of Ophthalmology E&M coding experience, an active CPC/RHIA/RHIT credential, reside in the United States, and pass TCN's Ophthalmology E&M Coding Exam.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Ophthalmology E&M coding experience.
• Remote coding for multiple clients across the country.
• Must pass TCN Ophthalmology E&M Coding Exam.

Responsibilities

• Code Ophthalmology E&M encounters from operation reports via remote EMR access.
• Return coded cases to clients in a timely manner.
