Job summary

The Coding Network (TCN) is seeking a contracted Ophthalmology E&M coder to perform coding for clients nationwide. You will access operation reports remotely through the client’s EMR and return coded cases.

Hours range from 15 to 40 per week, with no surgical Ophthalmology coding needed at the moment. Applicants must have at least 3 years of Ophthalmology E&M coding experience, hold an active CPC/RHIA/RHIT certification, reside in the United States, and pass TCN’s Ophthalmology E&M

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Ophthalmology E&M coding.
• Active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT).
• Live and work in the United States of America.
• Take and pass TCN’s Ophthalmology E&M Coding Exam.

Responsibilities

• Code Ophthalmology E&M cases for multiple clients remotely via EMR.
• Return coded cases to clients in a timely manner.
• Note: No surgical Ophthalmology coding is required at this time.
