Job summary

TFS HealthScience seeks a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary ophthalmology studies from a home-based US location. You will oversee planning, budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration across sites and vendors to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

The role requires 3 years in clinical research, knowledge of regulations, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Travel up to 10% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or RN diploma.
• 3 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations.
• Understanding of project planning and metrics.
• Ability to lead and manage staff.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Internal and external negotiation capability.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Plan and pro-actively manage multidisciplinary study teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Communicate with clients to manage relationships and needs.
• Develop and maintain Project Plans and timelines.
• Ensure training on project systems and procedures.
• Maintain sound business practices and governance.
• Measure and evaluate project performance.
• Manage project budget, profitability and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Finance to analyze profitability and utilization.
• Coordinate resource allocation with line managers.
• Facilitate internal and external communications.
• Report to management and escalate as needed.
• Establish vendor relationships and support bid defenses.
• Contribute to procedures, guidelines and SOPs.
