Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Pharmacy or Inside Sales experience; ophthalmic market preferred.
• Experience executing targeted business plans around priorities and goals.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and exercise sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the field sales team and existing customers to grow sales revenue.
• Initiate proactive outbound calls and emails to new and established customers.
• Develop relationships with key physicians in the ophthalmic market.
• Use multiple channels (email, phone, virtual meetings) to engage prospects and customers.
• Create and update forecasts and reports to monitor territory performance.
